Senior dating is catching on |

| Senior citizens of today are no longer content to just sit back and spend their days alone after the death of a spouse. Now days senior dating is becoming quite the norm, and why not? We are now living longer than we used to and with the death of a spouse a person could be looking at ten, twenty years or longer living alone without companionship. There are many senior dating services now that concentrate on finding dates for the older generation. Personally I think it is a great thing. Just because your spouse passes away does not mean that you no longer crave a physical and emotional bond with another person. I know many seniors that have become involved in relationships and have even remarried late into there golden years. Sometimes they may not be looking for so much a physical relationship as a companion to travel with, enjoy pleasant conversations and good times with. After all who wants to live out there senior years alone? Senior dating may just be the key. I for one do not intend to end up alone and if I ever find my self in my late 70's or so I would certainly look into senior dating. Of course he would have to be a much younger man to keep up with me. |
